Parking Now Available
Looking for parking this semester? We're conveniently located just blocks away from the WVU Mountainlair and downtown campus. We have 2 paved lots on the corner of Spruce St. and Forest Ave., with a total of 75 spaces available for rent. Both lots are monitored by surveillance cameras.
Term dates/cost:

Fall: August 16 - December 31 $550

Spring: January 1 - May 15 $550

Summer: May 16 - August 15 $200
We accept PayPal, cash, check, and money order as payment.
For additional information, view our parking lease agreement. If you are interested in leasing through us, please read and complete the parking agreement. You may submit the form electronically, or drop it off/mail it to the church office. In order to secure a parking space, you must submit both the parking agreement and total amount due for the semester. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking is by permit only- do not park in the lot until you have your permit. Cars without permits will be towed.
